EIWAA provides load testing, inspection, and certification for grab buckets and cargo grabs attached to cranes for bulk cargo handling activities. The cargo grab must be mechanically and structurally stable, maintain structural integrity throughout handling operations, and comply with safety standards, port regulations, and ship classification guidelines in order to prevent structural damage and fallen loads. Hydraulic inspection, repair, and maintenance are the key priorities of grab bucket maintenance. Nondestructive testing, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic testing, and eddy current testing will be employed for inspection and NDE evaluation, while welding will be utilized for maintenance and repair.
