CARGO GEAR LOAD TESTING IN ANGOLA
The main marine classification societies of ABS, NK, RINA, BV, LR, and DNV have approved EIWAA as a marine service provider for third-party inspection services for cargo gear load testing and ship cargo gear survey services. For lifting equipment, lifting gears, and lifting appliances to operate safely, cargo gear inspection and testing services are essential. Our skilled lifting inspection engineers conduct yearly comprehensive examinations, periodic inspections, load testing, and certification of cargo gears and appliances in ships and vessels as a certified service provider of major ship classification societies in Angola.
EIWAA adheres closely to flag state laws and regulations. For cargo gear load testing and certifications, an onboard testing engineer uses calibrated water bags, water weights, lifting beams, slings, shackles, and grommets. Stages of installations, yearly comprehensive inspections, periodic inspections, SWL verification through load testing, proof load testing, and intermediate/visual inspection criteria are all required for cargo gear load testing.
