Laser Measurement
EIWAA Oil and Gas Services provides 3D Laser measurement service in Oman for Storage tank dimensional Control Services. Laser Measurement Services shall be performed by Total Station & 3D scanner to find dimensional services of storage tank verticality, ovality, Peaking and Banding etc. EIWAA Laser Measurement Service by LiDAR Scanning and Total station Survey offers Dimensional Services for Oil Gas Pipelines as well as 3D Measurement services of Storage tank with 3D Imaging service.3D Laser Measurement performed by data collection through 3D laser scanning methodology which include point cloud survey and clash detection. Power plant 3D laser Scanning by high-speed long range 3D scanner for measuring the asbuilt conditions and asbuilt drawings.
Storage Tank Dimensional Services
A 3D laser scanner and a total station are utilized in storage tank dimensional survey services to measure dimensions remotely. In oil and gas refineries and petrochemical plants, Storage tank dimensional services performed for the areas of construction, in service storage tank inspection and out of service. As part of the EIWAA’s digital survey service, point cloud surveys are carried out using the latest 3D laser scanning technology. We offer a thorough data collection service using EODR Methodology or 3D laser scanning for storage tank dimensional inspection measurements and surveys. We assess roof and floor deviations and conduct storage tank dimension surveys by using our 3D laser survey. Storage tank settlement survey services shall be carried out by foundation settlement and shell survey. For measuring storage tank Peaking and banding, verticality of tanks, plumpness, etc.shall be performed by 3D laser measurement services in Oman. The 3D imaging services will handle the floor evaluation, shell and edge settlement, girder and rafter analysis. In order to provide storage tank maintenance and repair services, real-time data measurement of the rim space and floating roof gap shall be conducted through EODR real time assessment.

Ship Dimensional Services
EIWAA Marine Services provides ship dimensional measurement services by 3D Laser scanning,LiDAR and by Total station Survey. The overall length of the ship (LOA) is stated in feet and inches. The distance between the extreme ends of the ship’s bow and stern is used to determine it. Although the ship is given a proper geometric measurement, this measurement is less useful for determining the amount of usable space inside the ship since it includes the prow and other parts of the ship that are located farther ahead of the furthest point of the deck.A 3D digital survey service of the engine room’s plumbing can be used to create an accurate and working model of the pipe networks. The ship’s inspection and repair are other uses for these documents. On board Scan data is used for installations and retrofits as a guide. If a ship has an issue at sea or needs maintenance while in port, the engineer on board must have exact measurements of the engine room.
