3D LASER SCANNING IN OMAN
Our marine 3D laser scanning services in Oman provide precise as-built drawings, as-built documentation, and digital twin models of offshore rigs, boats, yachts, ships, and vessels. High-precision laser scanners capture images of every aspect of your ship, including the hull, piping system, engine rooms, and more. For 3D laser scanning, yacht 3D scanning, digital twin in shipbuilding, hull 3D scanning, line plan preparation, and scan-to-CAD for ship design, our marine digitalization services are accessible in all major ports and offshore. Boats, yachts, ships, vessels, and offshore rigs can all be digitally twinned using 3D laser scanning in accordance with Lloyd’s Register, ABS, BV, and DNV ship classification criteria. The scope of our marine digitalization and 3D scanning services includes, but is not limited to:
- Dry docking survey: producing 3D records of the ship's hull before and after maintenance and repairs.
- As-built documentation: recording actual data and precise measurements of ship structures, ballast tanks, piping, and engine rooms for future reference.
- Retrofit and conversion: LNG conversions, ECGS scrubbers, ballast water treatment system retrofitting, and accommodation renovations.
- Design and engineering: producing precise Scan-to-CAD or Scan-to-BIM models pertaining to hull design, ship models, and design.
- Digital twin creation: A virtual model that can be used to monitor and simulate prototypes.
- Hull Damage Assessment: 3D mapping of areas damaged (structural deformation, dents, etc.).
- Hull Repair and Thickness measurement: 3D measurements for hull repair and thickness evaluations detect bending or distortion for the purpose of planning hull repairs.
- Upgrading engines and equipment: Describes the installation of new equipment with clash detection.
- Ship and Yacht Interiors: 3D designers renovate the interior of ships and yachts. Using naval architectural software like Maxsurf, Rhino Marine, and Auto Ship, hull shape development is a preliminary draft.
- Pipe replacement and rerouting: Determine the precise pipes and the locations that are accessible for them.

HULL LINES PLAN IN OMAN
Our naval architect creates tugboat line plans using a 3D scan to improve hull stability, efficiency, retrofit, extension, or damage repair. Digital modeling is used to digitize line designs using CFD analysis and 3D modeling. Data collecting, hull form development, drawing three views of the sheer/profile plan, half breadth plan, and body plan, line fairing, and the final output hull plan are the steps involved in creating a line plan. Construction drawings, stability booklets, and hydrostatic hull line designs are all created by EIWAA.
