The technical and useful applications of shielded metal arc welding, gas metal arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding and oxy fuel-acetylene cutting processes are highlighted in addition to weld testing and the effects. Students will be able to comprehend welding symbols from a thorough welding drawing and demonstration. Additionally, students will be able to identify and use the basic welding types, welding joints, and locations of welding. Students will be able to identify and describe oxy acetylene cutting. Students will demonstrate the safe assembly and disassembly of oxyfuel apparatus.
Third-Party Welding Skill Assessment and welding competency testing Centre
The purpose of the welding skill test is to help people who are new to the industry and want to test their abilities by enrolling in a lower-level course. Welders must certify or qualify to perform welding in accordance with various structural welding codes after completing the third-party welding evaluation. EIWAA Marine Services in Oman approved by all the IACS classification Societies of ABS,BV,LR and AWS Approvals. As a welder training centre in Oman and a welding certification body, we will provide a sample specimen drawing of a welding test coupon which includes all the welding dimensions. Test coupon should be fit up properly and the welding inspector will inspect the weld test coupon prior to the welding if any misalignment and root gap etc.

Brazer Test & Certification
We provide third-party brazer training certification in Oman starting from witnessing BPS/BPQR qualification tests, brazing operator qualification tests, mechanical testing and Brazing procedure approvals. The international welding codes of ASME SEC IX and BS EN must be followed in all mechanical testing for brazing qualification testing service. The brazing certification service contains electrode information, mechanical test report information, F and A numbers, base material information, and brazer certification. EIWAA Oil and Gas Services provide brazing procedures for brazing compliance with ASME Sec IX (Boiler and pressure vessel code) BS EN 13134:2000 (Brazing Procedure Approval).
